Court Case Anthony P. Keyter vs President George W. Bush
The Constitution of the United States demands that "The President ... shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed." (US Constitution, Article II, Section 3). President Bush was informed of a major seditious and criminal conspiracy by officials and of the large-scale breakdown in the execution of the laws of the United States. [This conspiracy and breakdown is described in the 'Synopsis of the Case'] He was informed that an illegal cover up of a large parcel of crimes had taken place. He was provided with all the necessary information in order that he may take the appropriate corrective action. Despite his peremptory duties and numerous requests, President Bush willfully failed to take any action at all. This conduct placed the President directly in breach of the Constitution, the criminal statutes, and the common law duties of every citizen. As a consequence, on November 24, 2003, a civil suit was filed against President Bush in the US District Court, DC, for harm caused by these violations. The suit further sought a court order to compel the President to obey the law and the Constitution, and to initiate investigation and prosecution of the crimes. The President's response was to wrongfully employ the machinery of state to thwart the normal course of justice and to evade civil and criminal culpability by illegal means. The President knew that if due process was administered, as to ordinary citizens, he could face substantial restitution and a prison sentence of many years. Officials willingly obliged and rallied to render criminal assistance to the President with a total disregard for the law, confident that they in turn would be shielded from culpability by the President and by the 'system'. At the behest of President Bush:
Protection was sought by means of a petition to the Supreme Court for an injunction against the perpetrators of the ongoing harmful acts described above. However, Supreme Court officials treated the injunction in the same manner as other incriminating evidence and illegally removed it from court records, preventing any action thereon. These criminal acts, the dates, the names of the officials involved, and prima facie evidence, are described in detail in the following documents lodged with the United States Supreme Court in the case Anthony P. Keyter vs. George W. Bush, Case No. 05-140:
Some of these documents can be accessed in the links below. It must be noted that the entire case against President Bush, and all other related US Supreme Court cases which address the seditious conspiracy or which include my name, have illegally been removed from the Supreme Court Records and concealed from public scrutiny. This act alone provides the discerning researcher clear proof of the criminal conspiracy within the US Supreme Court. From this case against President Bush it is evident that United States Government power lies firmly in the hands of the iniquitous and is used to enforce a certain brand of tyranny upon the populace and to conceal a deluge of criminal activity by corrupt officials. 'Just government power' is usurped to serve immoral and selfish interests, and not the interests of the people. Neither Nixon's Watergate, nor Clinton's disgrace, will compare with the ignominy wrought upon the nation when this affair comes to light, as inevitably it will.
