"In my efforts [to seek justice and restitution] I have to date made thousands of written requests to more than 14,000 officials - from the most junior police officer to the highest authorities in the land. With every letter I have thought: this one will reach a heart and change a mind. But I woefully underestimated the darkness I had to penetrate".

Civil Court Case

Anthony P. Keyter vs President Bush, Chief Justice Roberts, Attorney General Gonzales & FBI Director Mueller

Responding to three criminal complaints filed in the United States District Court for Delaware, the District Court fraudulently opened a civil case on February 12, 2008, to address the criminal conspiracy by the named defendants to kidnap and murder Anthony Keyter as court litigant. (Link to the amended complaint provided below). A customary 'Motion to Dismiss' was filed by the defendants Bush, Roberts, Gonzales, and Mueller, in an effort to escape civil liability and criminal prosecution for their wrongdoing. Plaintiff Anthony Keyter responded to this motion, and tabled a further three motions for Injunction, Mandamus, and Due Process of Law, presented in the links below. These motions sought due process and protection of the laws against ongoing obstruction of justice and an active murder plot by the defendants. The civil case together with its criminal component was transferred on deceitful grounds to the United States District Court of Western Washington in Seattle in a ploy to expediently discharge the case. (See False Statements in link below). The case was fraudulently dismissed by the Seattle District Court under tacit threat of contempt of court charges should the case be further pursued by the plaintiff. Acting in unison, both the Seattle and Delaware District Courts corruptly and illegally neglected to tend to any of the affidavits, criminal complaints, and motions which addressed the underlying crimes of attempted kidnap and murder. In addition the courts failed to address the criminal case "USA v Seditious Conspirators" which was filed with both courts.
